Lauren Tavey, Ph.D, BCBA-D, TX-LBA

Lauren Tavey graduated from Texas Lutheran University in 2012 with a Bachelors degree in psychology, Texas A&M University in 2014 with a Masters of Education, and from The University of Texas in 2019 with a doctorate in Special Education and concentration in Autism and Developmental Disabilities. Lauren has worked in a variety of settings including preschool classrooms, public school, private clinics, and in home services. Lauren has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for 12 years and has worked with clients from 1-71-years-old. Lauren specializes in decreasing intensive challenging behaviors, including aggression and self-injurious behaviors, as well as increasing skill acquisition, including functional and academic skills.
